Is pricing per user or per team?

Pricing is per team, not per member or seat. Each plan has its own member limit.

What does the Free plan include?

Free includes one team with up to 10 members, local ScrimParser, JSON import, PRACC History Lite, Playbook, Comparison with up to 50 groups, 3 groups per match, and 200 round Strats, basic CSV exports, unlimited imports, and 30 days of history. JSON export is available on paid plans.

Can organizations mix Entry and Pro teams?

Yes. An organization can combine Entry and Pro teams in the same organization and is billed per team at the organization rate.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly prices are lower than paying month to month. The selector shows the exact annual price and summarizes the largest saving across Entry and Pro.

What are Sinaps?

Sinaps are the usage units included with AI-assisted analysis. Pro includes 20 Sinaps per team each month.

What happens to legacy private-access teams?

Existing private-access teams keep their assigned access separately. New teams should create a Free, Entry, Pro, or Organization workspace from the public setup flow.

Can a Pro team request more than 12 members?

Yes. Pro includes up to 12 members and the team can request a higher roster limit for review.

What happens after a downgrade?

Access becomes limited to the destination plan. Contact support before changing plans for any retention-specific policy that may apply.

What is included in a Custom deployment?

Custom includes a separate customized application, private hosting, database and storage, private routes or a custom subdomain, custom feature gates and integrations, a dedicated parser service, optional SSO/SAML, and scoped onboarding and support.

Are taxes included?

Stripe Checkout shows the final order amount and any applicable tax before payment.
