How it works

From scrim block to the next correction.

kogni follows the same path coaches already use after practice: import, review, analyze and follow up.

01

Import

Run the local parser or import structured scrim data from the team workflow.

02

Review

Open each map with rounds, player stats, notes and VOD timestamps.

03

Analyze

Track FK/FD, map trends, player patterns and recurring mistakes.

04

Follow up

Assign corrections, prepare the next block and keep staff aligned.

Core product

Three surfaces for the full scrim loop.

The product is grouped by what staff need to do before, during and after review.

Import & Parse

Available

Bring scrim records into kogni without sending Riot credentials to the backend.

  • Local parser
  • PRACC and scrim imports
  • Match metadata and round structure

Review & Analyze

Beta

Review each map with round context, stats, timestamps and patterns staff can discuss.

  • VOD-linked notes and FK/FD tracking
  • Player and map trends
  • AI Analyst where enabled

Follow-up & Team Ops

Available

Keep corrections, map prep and team operations attached to the same practice record.

  • Action items and team schedule
  • Strategy boards
  • Org visibility on eligible plans
Product proof

What coaches actually review inside kogni.

These are the kinds of records staff can pull from a scrim block instead of rebuilding the story from Discord messages and full VOD scrubbing.

Map trend

Haven defense rounds

Filter rounds by map, side and outcome before reviewing recurring site pressure.

Player pattern

First death frequency

Track FK/FD by player and map so review starts with the repeated opening duel.

VOD note

Round note at 01:18:42

Attach the correction to the exact round timestamp staff should rewatch.

Follow-up

Correction assigned to player

Move the review decision into an owner, due date and next-block checklist.

AI Analyst

Review summary draft

Generate a starting summary of recurring mistakes, then let staff decide what matters.

AI Analyst

AI summaries for faster review prep.

The AI Analyst helps coaches summarize recurring mistakes, detect review points and prepare follow-up notes. It does not replace staff review; it reduces the time spent organizing it.

Beta

Scrim block summaries

Draft a short summary from match context, notes and review history.

Beta

Review prompts

Prepare questions for rounds, players or maps staff already selected.

Beta

Pattern reports

Use AI on eligible plans to organize repeated issues for the next meeting.

Sinaps

Sinaps are usage credits consumed by AI Analyst actions such as summaries, review prompts and pattern reports.

Security

Clear boundaries between parser, API and workspace.

kogni's security story is intentionally practical: local Riot session handling, scoped workspace data and private deployment options for organizations.

Riot credentials stay local. The parser reads the active Riot session on the user's machine.
Parser runs on the desktop.Match payloads can be imported without backend Riot token storage.
Workspace data is scoped.Team and organization data stays separated by membership and role.
Private deployment is available.Custom plans can scope hosting, storage, routes, integrations and support.
No public match exposure by default.Scrim records are for the team's workspace, not a public match page.
Boundaries are documented. The security page explains what moves from desktop to API.

FAQ

Common questions before your first workspace.

How do I start?

Create a kogni account, describe the team or organization you want to create, and choose a plan. The workspace starts on Free while any paid checkout is being confirmed.

What plans are available?

kogni has Free, Entry, Pro, and Custom plans. Pricing is per team, with organization rates for Entry and Pro workspaces.

Does kogni replace other scrim review tools?

kogni brings imports, round context, player stats, VOD-linked notes, strategy prep, and team follow-up into the desktop app.

Is my Riot account safe?

The kogni parser reads the Riot session locally. Match data goes to kogni for review, but Riot auth tokens are not stored by the kogni backend.

Why is kogni Windows-only today?

VALORANT teams already practice on Windows, and the desktop parser depends on local Windows workflows. Mac and Linux are not currently supported.
